What better way to create everlasting memories with your daughter than a mommy-daughter painting day! For this adorable, fun, and interactive photoshoot, I captured the sweetest moments. There is something really beautiful about watching moms and daughters interact with one another. The best memories are those that are candid and in the moment. I can’t think of a better way to do that than doing an activity you both enjoy! This mother daughter session was so special. Their relationship is full of quiet, perfect little moments that became stunning photos – shared looks, snuggles, smiles, and more, all of which can be seen in the gallery below!

The art of story-telling through photos

Bailey, Marlow and Grandma had so much fun during this mother daughter painting photoshoot! The girls brought the paint and canvas, while I supplied the backdrop and setup! Be sure to buy washable paint as it truly is a mess! Bailey noted that the paint easily came out after washing all the clothes. I linked below a few necessities needed to make this photoshoot perfect! One thing I loved about this session is the story-telling aspect. Often times, we book a photoshoot to have “print worthy” photos to update your wall art or to post on social media. This type of photoshoot allows a story to be told, memories to be made, and a creative outlook that both the clients and the photographer can appreciate! I absolutely loved being able to capture these memories!
