Are you looking for an unforgettable romantic getaway with your partner?

If a cozy A-Frame cabin nestled in the perfect forest with nothing but the country side sounds like an ideal weekend, than look no further. We’ve recently stayed at The Havens Stylle Hytte Northwoods cabin and wow was it incredible.

There is truly no better way to disconnect from the everyday bustling and hustling of life and immerse yourself in the stillness of the forest. This A-frame cabin is located approximately one hour from the twin cities and sits on 5 acres with a river at the base of the property. We enjoyed this cabin in March, and the weather was a true winter wonderland.

An Airbnb with a Sauna

This romantic Airbnb cabin includes fast Wi-Fi, a smart tv, plenty of games and puzzles, two queen sized beds, a full kitchen, a real wood fireplace, and an outdoor electric barrel sauna! We brought all of our own food and never left the cabin for 3 days. We truly disconnected from our busy lives and enjoyed snowshoeing the property, then instantly warming up in the sauna.

The hosts also note that guests must provide their own firewood or find sticks around the property. We had no problem finding plenty of sticks, and were able to make a fire every night! One other perk of the cabin is the in-floor heat and tiled shower in the bathroom. The floors feel great on cold winter feet! Also, the hosts provide plush robes for making a quick dash to and from the sauna.

5 acres to explore at this Minnesota Airbnb

Lots of marked trails wind down to the river and include a camping spot, fire pit, and relaxing Adirondack chairs. Because there was about 4 feet of snow, we were not able to use all the outdoor amenities. There is however, three kayaks, life jackets, and paddles to use! During the summer months, I can imagine lots of campfires, fishing, and relaxing by the river!

Please note, if you do come during winter, the roads to get to the cabin are gravel. We had a truck and had no problems, but it is definitely something to note. Even with the entire weekend dumping plenty of snow on us, we LOVED spending our time indoors doing puzzles, playing games, catching up on Netflix and cuddling by the fire.

Overall, I would rate this stay in the top 5 Airbnb’s we’ve ever been to! You can book this cabin here! This is the perfect northwestern getaway that will leave you feeling refreshed, and ready for whatever may be next.
