One of my favorite things to do when we travel is to find the coolest, most unique places to stay. From a treehouse in Alabama, to a glamping tent in Zion, and a van in Maui – we have had some incredible experiences! 

However, with our home being in Wisconsin, we wern’t  ready for the crazy stays to end this spring. When I came across this dreamy airbnb, I knew it would be the perfect couples getaway! Because of the amenities, this place books up incredibly fast. Lucky for me, I snagged a few nights in the MetalLark tower! 

Airbnb in Wisconsin With Panoramic Views

When we arrived at the Wisconsin Airbnb – Nordlys Lodging Co – we were blown away. The rolling hills were an absolute dream. The back of the property has a long narrow bridge which brings you to a keypad entry door. 

Once inside this epic airbnb, we didn’t know where to look first. The immaculate first floor was spacious, unique, cozy, and had the most breathtaking views. With the Scandinavian design and vibe, we truly felt like we were staying in a hidden oasis in Wisconsin. A plush king size bed sat in the middle of floor to ceiling windows with views in every direction. A fireplace with adorable wood chairs were bestowed. Also on the first floor was a spa shower, laundry machine, and a walkout deck area. 

Immediately we were drawn to watching the wildlife outside from each angle of the first floor. From birds, to deer, turkeys, and a few swans we were in awe. Once we ventured to the second floor of this 2-story 800 sq.ft cabin, we again were left speechless. The kitchen had state of the art appliances, an office nook, the perfect siting area, and a projector screen for catching up on all the latest shows. 

Wisconsin Airbnb With Floor to Ceiling Windows

One of my favorite aspects of this Wisconsin Airbnb was the floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views on the second floor. This gave us a perfect bird’s eye view to simply relax, rejuvenate, and take in the calming nature views. We spent the most time making home cooked meals, playing games, reading by the fireplace, and watching all the wildlife.

Now, when looking for the perfect couple’s getaway in Wisconsin, what amenities come to mind? Is it a private balcony, a plush king size bed, no people around? Well, this airbnb checked all those boxes! Not a person was in sight for miles! We spent a few hours roaming the 40+ acre property that featured hiking trails, a private pond, and campfire area!
